AWFUL

AVOID WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
I ordered own january the 15th for my sons birthdays. it is now mid may and nothing... i have been told they were sending replacements but nothing.... then i messaged 100 times and they said i would be refunded within 4-5 days... that was 3 weeks ago... i am not giving up but please do not waste your money.

hate being ignored

i ordered 2 personalised football kits on janaury 11th 2020. i was aware personalised kits take longer but its now march 10th and they are still not here. i have had emails saying despatched but nothing. i have sent around 20 emails and had one reply saying they will expedit another order for me but STILL NOTHING! seems like i am not the only one but my kids are so upset and im really angry that im being ignored
