Very slow at delivering

Placed an order six weeks ago haven't received my order yet although site says it has shipped and in transit over three weeks ago,if I would have read the reviews before I placed an order I probably wouldn't have ordered from them,they have my money and I have nothing...not one email or phone call,if you are planning on placing an order with them please reconsider

Lie, send see through products and cancel when you call them out.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I have wasted WEEKS of lies from them. Sometimes an item is in stock or it will take just 3 days.. NO. I am going on Month and a half if not more of wasting my time with them. They took my money, Call me a DEAR, like that is going to appease me and then state when an item is SEE THROUGH.. PM ME, I will send you pics of the white outfits they have that they wanted me to send back on my time, paying for a parcel and the items were defective. They then canceled several of my items even though on their website it shows they will be in stock soon.. I never gave them permission to take my money then cancel an order. I have already waited this long.. SEND ME THE BLACK PLAYSUIT I ORDERED! I placed an order almost 2 months ago. I am still awaiting 4 items. They take your money and then state things are out of stock. They wait for you to contact them 2 weeks later and then state, well, we can ship you some of the items. They should have been shipped without me having to contact them. Then every week they tell you the items that are backordered will only take a few days to get in stock and they never do. Then I received two outfits that were so see through that there is no way I Can wear them in public. They want me to ship them back. That is my time and my money to do so. They say they send a label, but you won't get the shipping money back. Why should I pay to ship back something that is see through and I won't get all of my money back? They are very polite in their letters, but do not follow through with the goods and the goods are cheaply made and from China. I have never had such a horrible experience with a clothing company. Yoins are an online scam company

Its been over two months now and I have not received my purchases. I have sent several emails back and forth inquiring about my purchases. I have requested a refund several times but my request has been totally ignored as they keep telling me to check my postal company even after I have, making me out to be a liar. They have not offered or suggested a solution and I have already contacted my back and made a complaint through their system to investigate this online store as they are a scam. This is a company who takes peoples money and does not provide the customers with the goods that they have payed for. STAY AWAY!!!

Poor quality and terrible returns policy

One of the items was not sent to me at all which I have still not been refunded for and the items that were sent arrived in such a terrible condition and were of such poor quality that they could not be worn. Before I ordered I spoke to a customer representative who assured me that if I did not want these products I could return them without trouble at any time, this has not been the case I have been sent poor quality creased and unwarable items that I do not want I am happy to send these items back if I am sent a paid returns label, I should not be out of pocket for this as they did not send what they had advertised, I order from companies all the time and have never received such poor quality items that have arrived in the state these did or been treated in such an unprofessional way when wanting to return them.

Awful Customer Service

I received something I did not order. Upon emailing their customer service (TWICE) that I was mailed the wrong item, I was told after 3 weeks that YOINS "was sorry I wasn't pleased with the item I ordered. You will have to pay shipping costs to get a refund." I refused since YOINS made a mistake. They replied with "I am sorry. How about a 50% refund?"

This is the worst retailer I have ever encountered. Not only did they send the wrong item, they won't admit to it, and they won't even cover the international costs to return their item to them. Just awful customer service.

A final resolution

After several emails with YOINS customer service, I am happy to say that they have followed through with exactly what they've promised. While I was frustrated at times, Anne, from customer service, personally called me, and I did everything she asked and in turn, she did everything she said the company would do. At the end of the day, good customer service and a little bit of trust goes a long way. Thank you.

Discusted

My tolal bill online was over $150.00. Order came and price totaled a little over $11.00. The material was very thin and cheap and looks like it was made in seconds. Threads coming loose every where! I can only imagine what kind of work conditions and pay these poor people must go through! The only reason i didnt send it back was in respect of these workers!
