Let me tell you how I purchased the phone from GearBest...

I have finally saved enough money and I waited for a good deal for the best price/value phone at that time.

So I purchased it, and it arrived after 15 days. I live in Montenegro so it was pretty quick.

After 1 day of use, I noticed my screen started showing 2 green lines. Vertical green lines, it was horrible. I contacted customer support and after a couple of days and emails, they have returned 90€, half of what I paid for, so I could fix my screen. I guess they could have refunded me completely, but there was really no need since I did have a new phone.

All in all, I remained a loyal customer and I can proudly say that my Redmi Note 8 Pro is on his way as we speak. :)
