gearbest did not sent my already paid Artikel

I bought and paid for a headphone on 08.05.2019. So far the item has not been sent. Until now I did not receive it, even though the article is in stock. I have opened a ticket at gearbest.com but unfortunately only an automated response came that has nothing to do with my investment. I've been ordering at gearbest for years, but the last 2 years the company has changed so badly that I only have to make bad experiences with it.
